In 2019, the federal government issued new regulations imposing new disclosure requirements 关于高校. Beginning July 1, 2020, institutions of higher education are required to publicly and directly disclose information about state eligibility for all professional and academic programs that may lead to licensure in states where a prospective or enrolled student is currently located.

 

In a good faith effort to comply with these requirements, the 云顶集团 collected data to inform 学生 whether:

1) each University program that could potentially lead to licensure meets state requirements;

2) does 不 meet state requirements; or

3) the University has 不 yet determined whether the program meets state requirements.

Currently, programs in four University departments may lead to licensure:

1) the Constantin College of Liberal Arts, Department of Education (BA and MA in various 教师认证)

2) the Braniff Graduate School of Liberal Arts Department of Education All Certification -水平(EC - 12年级)

3) the Braniff Graduate School  of Liberal Arts Department of 心理学 (Professional 咨询师)

4) Satish & Yasmin Gupta School of Business, Program in 会计.

牧师服务: The 云顶集团 offers a chaplaincy program for individuals seeking to become certified chaplains within their own faith tradition. The University works with 学生 to assist them in meeting the curricular requirements set forth by distinct chaplaincy associations, including the National Association of Professional Chaplains and the National Association of Catholic Chaplains. Every student who desires to become a certified chaplain will be certified by a religious organization, 不 by a local, state or federal government—thus, although governmental entities recognize the chaplaincy certifying associations, the chaplaincy certification process itself is 不 regulated 由政府实体. This program therefore falls outside the strictures of a licensing program and is 不 subject to public and direct disclosures.

天主教教师证书: 云顶集团 天主教教师证书 enables 学生 to meet the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department pedagogy requirements for teaching in Texas Catholic schools. This certificate is 不 considered a license, and thus is 不 subject to the public and direct disclosure requirements 其他许可程序. This curriculum prepares 学生 to teach specifically 在德州的天主教学校里s.

Master of Catholic School 领导: 云顶集团 Master of Catholic School 领导 is designed to prepare 学生 for a role as a principal, president or administrator in elementary and secondary Catholic education.  Students deepen their knowledge of the Catholic faith and Catholic traditions, while gaining practical, experience-based 领导技能.  This program is an interdisciplinary graduate degree, offered 由安和乔. 纽霍夫教育部研究所 & 同时传福音 with the Department of Education in the Braniff Graduate School of Liberal Arts. 成功的 学生 in this program do 不 obtain a license, and therefore this program is 不 subject to the public and direct disclosure requirements 其他许可程序.
